Dispatch Ontario Winter.

As a designer, I've always been torn between Historicism and Modernism, though sometimes I think I should stop analyzing processes and just shoot from the hip. On that tip, Lana and I have revived our Dispatch Ontario series, and will be releasing instalments in the weeks to come.

For those who don't know, Dispatch Ontario can be summed up as a mix of Beatrix Potter and Edward Gorey, with some mystical, Canadiana-flavour peppered throughout. It's also a great excuse to turn off the nagging Modernist within, and indulge in zany, high-contract typeface combinations and spooky Edwardian inspired illustrations.
